Return Policy Page
Eshopy offers returns for products within 12-15 working days of receipt of the shipment to you if the product is eligible for return. Products that are eligible for return have the - “Enjoy hassle-free returns with this offer” tag under offer details.
However, the products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances. A product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the customer that it is taken for return.
Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to receive and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to get credited to your credit card or your Eshopy wallet if you paid in cash. Your repayment is subject to the condition of the returned product.
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
Unopened and Sealed Product Category – Eligible for the return policy
1. Electronics
2. Beauty and Health
3. Fashion - Footwear, eyewear, watches, bags & luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact. Products without tags will not be eligible for the return policy.
4. Home & Kitchen
5. Toys & Games – Dressing up costumes are non-returnable
6. Baby Products – Hygiene-related products, feeding & training accessories, diapers and accessories, bath care, and medical treatment products are not eligible for return.
7. Automotive – Product with manufacturing default will be accepted for return.

9. Tools & Home Improvement
10. Pet Supplies
11. Stationery & Office Supplies
Unopened and Sealed Product Category – Eligible for the return policy
• Grocery – All Grocery items are non-returnable.
• All the opened and unsealed products are not acceptable for the return policy
• Used products without the original packaging will not be taken back by the company.
